août 2026This spot was mainly perfect due to all of the rooms and bathrooms for our big group. We loved the basketball court, the pool, and the patio. We couldn’t find a golf ball for the out course but we just focused on the basketball court anyways hahahaha. The location is not in the most exciting location but it’s right outside of the city traffic but close enough to get to the beach and downtown within reasonable time and always an uber close. We could walk to a liquor store, restaurant, two gas stations and to a store. The host were so amazing we got in a bit ealier than expected and they didn’t make us wait in the heat. They allowed us to drop our luggage off and enter a little earlier. They were also also generous in offering a deal at a really discounted price for an extension. We didn’t need it but it was a great offer. We weren’t able to use the inside parking at the time but there was plenty of space to park on the side of street for our four vehicles. We went for a friend’s bachelors party and it was conveniently a short 10/15 minute drive from the local nightlife that we were looking forward to. Also just a short 10 minute drive to Miami Beach. The Airbnb was spotless and great for our party of 7. Thank you for having a great place!

House was secluded and private which allowed my children and I to spend time outdoors enjoying the pool and hot tub all night. With the sometimes at the house we didn’t need to spend much time away from the house.

mars 2026A casa é boa, renovada, cozinha bem equipada. Alguns pontos merecem atenção: uma condição essencial para escolhermos a casa era a informação de 2 suítes, mas infelizmente, havia somente uma. Os quartos são pequenos, não há espaço para malas, por exemplo. Camas e banheiros confortáveis. Há ainda um ruindo incômodo da maquina do ar condicionado no interior da casa. Mas todas as nossas queixas foram ouvidas e a proprietária foi solicita e disposta a nos compensar financeiramente pelo inconveniente de uma única suíte, além de gentil e proativa. Recomendo a casa, mas essas ressalvas valem atenção.

janvier 2026The house was nice and fit our party of 11 comfortably! A couple items would have been nice to have disclosed earlier, like house rules and their charges if violated, as well as no toilet paper being allowed in the toilet and the potential of being charged for it, as well as the locking of the thermostat by the owners. The location of the house was convenient and a short drive to Wynwood and Miami Beach, though the property next door had a lot of trash on the grass attracting roosters who cockadoodle-dooed all hours of the day resulting in one half of the house getting poor sleep. We had a clogged shower drain when we arrived and the hot tub and pool water was dirty but maintenance took care of everything immediately. The dishwasher was also not working as they were waiting for a part to arrive. Regardless, the amenities were really nice to have and the house was big and comfortable.

We last minute needed a place large enough to accommodate our group after flight cancellations and this was the best place to have come across. Everyone felt at home, the beds were comfortable and had crisp white sheets. Bathrooms were clean, kitchen was very clean & had plenty of cookware. The host was very responsive when we needed additional coffee/laundry detergent-check in was easy and the property itself was very well maintained. There was plenty for the adults & kids to do thanks to the pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, mini golf, and board games available. I would highly recommend this stay!

décembre 2025We had a great time at this stay and enjoyed a lot. The hosts are super responsive and accommodate our requests to get laundry detergent, bath mats, face towels. All the other reviews are spot on about the location. It does feel like a sketchy area but we didn't have any problem personally. The roosters noise is real in the morning though. Overall a great experience as a lot of restaurants nearby and close enough to wynwood and downtown.

octobre 2025⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our group of 10 had a great stay! The home was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. It felt like home away from home! Unfortunately, the weather made the pool a bit too cold to swim in since it’s not heated, and we had some trouble getting the hot tub to work. However, Giuliana and Camilla did an amazing job staying in constant communication and quickly sent a technician to investigate the issue. It turned out the hot tub needed maintenance, so we weren’t able to enjoy it this trip; but the wonderful team of women hosting the property went above and beyond by sending us cookies as a thoughtful gesture for the inconvenience. Despite the hiccup, we loved the overall vibe of the home and especially the backyard area. Our group all agreed that we’d definitely stay at this Airbnb or any other Nest rental again the next time we’re in Miami!

The location is great, just minutes from the Design District and Wynwood, offering a fun and authentic local vibe that we preferred over South Beach or Brickell (though they also are easy to get to). We always felt safe and found it easy to get around. Highly recommend!

juin 2025Camila and her team were great at making sure we had a great experience. We stayed here last week after a cruise for two nights, and it was just what we needed. We wanted to relax and hang out after a long cruise, and this was perfect for everyone. It was great for 8 people (4 adults, 4 teenagers), and the 3 full baths are a must with this size crowd. The house is spacious and well-kept; lots to do on the property. The kids used the jacuzzi but did not make time for the pool. We putted golf and played billiards inside. This is the artsy side of Miami, so if you like graffiti and sculptures, you will find tons here. The food scene is great, with tons of options nearby. We ate at Coyo Tacos and it was delicious! Close to everything: Downtown, Miami Beach, the cruise port, and the airport!!! We would definitely stay here again.

juin 2025I stayed here for a bachelor trip with friends. The house itself was really nice - just like the pictures, clean, and well-kept. It had everything we needed for a fun weekend in Miami. However, the location was not ideal. The neighborhood felt rough, and we saw police activity on our street pretty regularly, including arrests. It didn’t feel unsafe inside the house, but the surroundings were a bit unsettling at times. Also, be prepared for a lot of noise from wild roosters early in the morning and throughout the day which definitely added an unexpected twist to our stay. Overall, the place was great on the inside, but the external environment brought the experience down a notch. I’d say it was a bit overpriced for the area it’s in.

avril 2025Nestaway and Camila were really a dream. A group of ten ladies stayed for a long bachelorette weekend and had a blast! The home has great amenities, is very clean and communicating with Camila was very easy. My only critiques would be I wish things were a bit closer. We went to a cute coffee shop and a delicious sushi dinner, which were both a 15 minute walk away. Not bad at all, we’re just used to New York where you walk out the door and are hit with shops. But overall we had the best time! Truly the perfect home for any larger group looking for a nice place to stay with amazing amenities.

mars 2025NestAway's place was great for us. It appeared to be recently renovated; everything was new, clean, and well designed, as shown in the pictures. Our six adults enjoyed the six large beds in five bedrooms, the three full baths, as well as the living areas - inside and out. We took advantage of the above ground pool, hot tub, and basketball as well. The kitchen is new, spacious, and efficient, with all that's needed to cook. The hosts were terrific - very pro-active and responsive. For reference, it took us about 25 minutes to walk to dinner at Cote in the Design District, about 20 minutes to drive to the Kaseya Center, and about 40 minutes to drive to Hard Rock Casino. The neighborhood is a little north of the Design District and a little south of Little Haiti. It's not fancy - not a manicured condo community, if that's what you are looking for - but we felt perfectly safe and comfortable. The local roosters add ambiance, but crow early. Good value. Highly recommend.

We also spent a good amount of time at the home, enjoying the pool, hot tub, putting green, basketball court and the pool table.
